We offer a free return up to the period of 30 days and a warranty for 1 year from the date of delivery of the product. In case you want to initiate a return for any product, you just need to send us an email to support@gurinproducts.com mentioning your complete order details and reason for return. We will get back to you within two working days. We will also intimate your Product Return Authorization number (PRA number). You will have to mention this number on the return shipment as well as all the future correspondence regarding the return. This number will also help you to track your returns.

In case of return of any product, the shipping and the return charges will be borne by the customer. Once received in our warehouse, the returned merchandise will undergo a thorough inspection by our team and once found in satisfactory state, the process of refund would be initiated. It is noteworthy that all returned merchandise should be having its complete original packaging along with blank warranty card and all accessories. The product should be in an unused and resalable state. Once the product is accepted for return at our end, the reversal of payment would be initiated within 1-7 business days and the same will be reflected in your account statement accordingly.

In case the product so received at our end is found in a non-resalable or used state; a.) the same might be returned to the buyer and the shipping charges would be liable to be charged from the buyer or b.) We can deduct 20% of the total amount paid as restocking fee along with minimum $5 handling charges and any additional cost incurred in replacement of the part of the product.

The shipping charges are to be borne by the customer only; except in case, we deliver a wrong or defective product.

Replacement policy

In case of shipping of the defective product, the same is to be intimated to us on the above email address within 3 business days. The repair, replacement or refund for the same will be initiated following receiving the product at our end at our discretion.

In case of shipping of wrong product, the same will be replaced on no additional cost to the customer including shipping charges. However, in cases of non availability of stocks, we may refund the amount rather than replacing the product.

In cases of defective product; if the manufacturer doesn’t consider the product to be faulty, the shipping charges will be borne by customer only. For instance, at times it has been noted that the product just did not work because of wrong placement of batteries. In such cases, shipping charges would be liable to be paid by customer only. The decision of replacing or repairing the product is reserved with us and should be acceptable to customers.

Wrong Delivery Address

In case the customer feels, one has filled in wrong delivery address; he/she should immediately contact us. Our executive will help you to rectify the same. However, it is to be understood that once the product has been shipped from our end, change of delivery address would not be possible and the additional cost of shipping so incurred is liable to be paid by customer only.
