Seems to work fine

Seems to work fine but I just received it and will learn more about it as I use it . Don't look difficult and the instructions are clear , still I've never used one before so I maybe I can do this again in the future

Sadly, it is misreading my pulse rate. I have a pacemaker timed to about 80 bpm. The unit is reading 44 and then starts beeping I guess as an alarm.
My real pulse rate is about 80. Thanks for asking. I am thinking of sending it back, but it's only a $20.00 item, etc. Was at Northwestern Hospital (one of the best in the country) for 8 hours yesterday; staff there said "consumer level oximeters don't always read the light right." The unit is ok on the oxygen level.
