This product will not hold a charge. Have reached out to your company via phone x2, sent 2 emails to support as instructed on your return policy. No response.
I previously purchased another tens unit from you that did not come with a charger and wouldn’t charge with other charges I already had. I submitted pictures along with the barcode for you to see and to send me a replacement unit with charger without being charged for the purchase. All in all I have paid for 5 units as I do get a lot of relief from your product but I am very disappointed that as a returning customer that you have not reached out to me to remedy this situation. I pray that this is the last time I need to reach out to you about my disappointment. Thank you in advance for your quick resolution regarding this matter. If you want to call me to discuss this matter my number is [****] or you can just send me a new unit and charge at no cost. As I have already informed you previously, I am more than willing to send back the defunct tens unit.
