The tens unit works really well. It only need a light to come on to let you know it is fully charged.

The product I received did not work with my Massage Shoes. I notified you of the same. To your credit, you sent out a replacement product, immediately. I haven't received that replacement product yet. So, as to the product and its functionality, my verdict is still out. But, regarding your custormer service, you are tops. That's why I gave you a 5-star. I'll update when I get the product and have had the time to put it to work.

I like it; but I don’t love it

I like it; but I don’t love it As much as an older model that was dying out. The massages don’t feel as strong. The power slide needs to be set out a little more, too recessed, too close to the hole for the lead. I don’t think if I use both leads at the same time, it’d be possible to turn the controller on. I will continue to use it since my other is dying and returning is too much trouble.
