Haven’t received my order

14 days later and I haven’t yet received my order. Your customer service response was impersonal and stilted, making me feel like I had been defrauded. I have tried to find info about your company, to make sure I hadn’t ordered from a fraudulent company. I hope the equipment I ordered arrives, and that is real and functional.

So far I've only had to use O2 pulse odometer. Works great. I use it when I'm walking, to check my pulse and oxygen saturation levels.

I was sent two oximeters when I clearly ordered one oximeter and one thermometer as the bundle they offered. Waiting for a response about their error!
