Santa Medical.com ships to the United States via either UPS or FedEx from Tustin, CA and St Louis, MO warehouse.

Delivery Time
All orders except for Wheelchairs, Scooters, Lift Chairs and Lifts ship within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped via either UPS or FedEx ground and take 5-7 business days to reach the customer.

In the event that your order cannot go out in the above mentioned time. You will be contacted immediately with the reason for the delay. You can either cancel the order or wait for shipment. In the event that we cannot reach you to make a delivery we will reattempt to deliver for up to one week at which time we will return the order and charge you a 10% restocking fee.

 

 
30 day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and offer a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns under the following circumstances:
  • Product is unopened and unused (unless damaged during delivery)
  • Must have original packaging and materials
  • Product must arrive at vendor within 30 days from customer receipt of item
  • Unless the product shipped was different than the one ordered, or you received a damaged order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fees:
There are no restocking fees except for all Motorized Wheelchair, Electric Scooters, Lift Chairs, Wheelchair Cushions, Rollators, which have a 10% restocking fee. If no shipping cost was charged to the customer at the time of order, actual shipping charge will be charged as shipping cost.

No Returns:
All Bath Safety products are non-returnable due to hygiene issues.

If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a product you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The customer is responsible for the return shipment unless the product is damaged. Please call our customer service Representative at 1 (888) 666-1557. AN ITEM WITHOUT A RA NUMBER CANNOT BE CREDITED.

Refunds are credited after receipt and approval of the product.

Cancellations
We work hard to see that our products ship quickly.  If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.
